In addition to processing your payroll, we can keep track of each employee’s time and attendance. Whether we process your payroll or not our unique time and attendance systems can solve your time keeping problems. Through a close working relationship with Nevada Financial Concepts, Inc., we are able to offer three types of time and attendance systems.

Our payroll software can work with one or more time clocks located at your office(s), a Web based time clock using swipe cards, and a purely “virtual” time clock, which lets employees clock in and out by logging onto a Web page from a computer with Web access.

Imagine receiving an e-mail report every morning that lets you know who worked the day before and how many hours they have for the day, the week and the pay period. All employee clock history is available to you via the internet, so you can review, add or edit your employees time and totals at any time from any PC that has internet access.
