Our unique time and attendance system is integrated with our payroll processing system, so you don’t even have to track and report work time for your employees manually. You can use our Time America time clocks, swipe clock, or Web clock to have your employees “clock in” as they come to work and “clock out” when they leave. Sending in your hours to us can be as a simple as logging onto the client support area of our Web site and transmitting the time clock’s file to us for processing.

If you would like a little more “hand on” control over your payroll--no problem! our remote payroll entry system (PaySuite PC) let’s you manage your own employee information. During each pay period, you simply add new employees and terminate those no longer with you. Next, instruct the program to generate the salaries for salaried employees and enter each hourly employee’s hours (or import the information from your time clock). Then, transmit the payroll data to us for final processing, so that we can produce your paychecks, make any direct deposit, generate payroll reports, and submit your payroll taxes to the IRS. Our software is flexible enough to handle any type of income or deduction you need. Moreover, by selecting from over 75 and/or requesting custom reports, you will be able to see all the payroll information you need and in an easy-to-read format.
